My uncle has not only been a defining role model in my life - he is also the man who inspired the values of this company. As the CEO of US Bank for a number of years, I watched my uncle radiate confidence, intelligence and vibrancy, all while maintaining a stressful and successful career. He set the mark for what an Executive’s mindset and lifestyle can look like - not bogged down by stress, deadlines or demanding to-do lists, but embracing life and embodying strong values regardless of how much his work life required of him. These values have inspired me in my own journey and are what I hope to set as foundations of this company.
